Hope you are all keeping safe during this very strange time. More than ever we need this connection to ensure we remain strong and resilient. Finding peace as we go inward can serve us as we deal with the overwhelm of a pandemic. These yoga classes will adapt as we pivot between the necessary traffic light settings and any mandatory requirements due to COVID. All changes to classes or schedule will be on the Facebook page. Pray we will see light at the end of the tunnel soon and that you and your loved ones remain safe during this time
